Impressive, what is the size of Kosova's Police Force?
The one in the upper middle is not tmk. The name on the chest says POLICIJA in cyrillic letters. It is either Serbian or Macedonian SF.

Do you know anything about the KPC (TMK) Rules of Engagement? I am curious as to whether they would be able to handle another situation like March 2004 with widespread rioting and vandalism.
The last time UNMIK Police had lost control and requested KFOR assistance within hours. When KFOR did deploy, the different ROI meant that in some sectors Serbs and their properties were defended whilst in others soldiers were essentially powerless to intervene.
Would KPS (SHPK) or KPC (TMK) soldiers or officers shoot Albanians to defend Serbs? Until the answer is "yes", KFOR will have to stick around.

You're right, thanks for your clarification

On the regulation of the KPC foundation and in the Declaration of Principles the following duties are assigned to KPC as its mission:What goes for KPS, its main mission is like every regular police force meaning protect and serve every citizen, regardless of ethnictity. Both KPS and KPC has Serbian members, so does every ministry in the governmemt. The deputy minister of Internal Affairs until last Dec was Serbian and will most propably be for the new mandate aswell. KFOR wont leave the place for a long period of time, not as many as today but they will stick around. The day efter the UDI (Unilateral Decleration of Independence), TMK will transform to a security force (Army). The only person who has a post reserved on the new security force will be the current KPC commander Sylejman Selimi, the rest of the KPC members will have to apply.
