Grenade Launchers don't necessarily "launch" grenades out of them. You'll put a grenade in there, but it will shoot out BBs in a large spread like a shotgun, or you can purchase a type of grenade that has a styrofoam or rubber tip that will launch out of the tube. It is actually a pretty neat concept.
I have seen mini nerf footballs used with some decent results. You need to use the larger capacity shell for the gas. And the longer barrel of the M79 would be ideal. Not so great out of my shorty 203.

i've heard of some airsoft M203's having an effective spread out at 70 feet. if an M79 or M203 just won't do it for you, i've seen some chinese airsoft RPG's that use a hollow rocket containing a gas-powered shell to spew BB's out at the target. i also saw pics of an airsoft grenade launcher homemade with PVC and a caulk gun. one guy i've slung plastic with made a mortar that fired soy beans. really. this is an innovative little hobby...

Also, remember sleeping with girls and having a social life outside the internet is very not SEAL like. So don't even think about getting out into the sun or being a functioning member of society. Also, SEALs don't play airsoft... So neither should you. You use your $1000+ of kit to only take pictures of it, pose in it, and wear it around the house to do activities.

I have seen this a couple of times... Why the **** would you have pouches on the back of your vest (top left hand corner of the pic). I have never understood this.
