    hey i was just reading an article in the MC times, Army is going to start allowing soldiers currently in Afghanistan to start painting there weapons, look it up.

    If you like the holster high up, just remove the top strap.

    If anything you want to drop your holster down because you're wearing it wrong. You should be able to let your arms hang at your side and your fingers barely touch the butt of the pistol.

    Position of the holster is really personal preference. When you want it that high up though, remove the top strap and it helps if you dremel down the sides of the safariland.
