I wonder if those 72's hit? That is a fair gob to have up. "Yeah I took out some Taliban with my 72!". It was rare a rocking horse **** to fire one in training once.but the Taliban was known to have suffered casualties.
good to see the blokes over there hooking in.
even if they got any kills, i doubt the Aussie DoD would want that kinda info out there, some civvy might have a f*kn sook over it.
Nice post mate..

Aussies at there best
Just saw the video of it again on the news. Almost every soldier in the video is carrying a 66. Most people seem to have ACOGs too. What happened to the wildcat (elcan) scopes?
yer good to finally see the boys in contact, i believe they did kill a few taliban in that contact also. Good work boys.
on a nother note, i hope that ****star guy did get punted for those videos also they were awesome clips. I wonder did anybody get to download any before they were taken off???
I think it would be better if we didn't quarterback it any further. What myself and Digrar said is that there was some worrying skills. I personally don't think it should go any further. At the end of the day they survived and as previously mentioned they do have the vid for reference.. For anyone that has ever been in a twoway range situ things do seem/go alot different.
Ok I will edit my post, please do the same with the quote tboy01
good to see a video of our boys doing so well over there ....
