It's ACU. The coloration of ACU varies wildly in photographs for a number of reasons.

Your picture looks like it is ACU in dark lighting, though, like numpty said. But those links might be what you want.

FFSP - it's UCP. In other words, it's a 3-colour version of MARPAT using stone grey, foliage green (sage green by another name) and flat earth (tan by another name).
Every frickin time there's a new photo of an ACU under different lighting some people get all excited that it's a new pattern.
It's not. Just the same ****, different day.
