Have just burned out the spare bulb in my 3-cell one and have ordered the LED for £18 - should keep me going for a while.

Holy shiznit, thanks for that. I had no idea that anyone made mods for flashlights. $49 is kinda steep though.

Love this thing, has always worked when I needed it, bright as is and can be upgraded to the Cree head if I want. I've had it for a few years now, including bouncing at a bar & I haven't broken it yet, and I can break anything.

His upgrades are bit pricey but people say the reason is that his QC is just like SureFire's. I know guys that want the brightest LED out there every time something new comes out, but that's silly to me. Buy a decent bright LED 200 lumens+ that won't fail you for a while and it should be all good.

Very Nice Pic Man, interesting Conversion on that Head. Did you spraypaint it afterwards or can you buy it in this version.
Nice Knife btw, the RBB in the exact same version used to be my everday carry on duty until i switched to the wilson combat cop tool. Nevertheless its a very good knife and f*****g sharp

    Hey,
I got the G2 nitrolon in its basic platform in the color black. I found the conversion head piece on ebay for about 10.00 shipped. The conversion head piece came in an Aluminum brushed black and it looked way off colored from the plastic. So I decided to just spray paint it all over in Tan.

    Nice pic Jametiks.

    My lights:

    From left to right:
I've had it for a year or something. Very good light. Costed me maybe $10 on sale at the mall. It has one of those new cool LEDs that are bright as hell.

I bought the rest of the lights in "china town". $2-3 each. They are almost as bright as my older flashlight, but the LED in these Chinese lamps look much cheaper.

All of them run on 2x AA 1.5v batteries, except the little one, it only uses one AA 1.5v battery.

The cheap "police" lights feels much cheaper than the $10 flashlight. The $10 has rubber rings and is waterproof, while the cheaper ones don't have any rubber rings at all.

If anyone is looking for a super cheap and pretty bright flashlight for EDC, you can get the "police light" for like $7 on dealextreme.com

How do you (or anyone else with one) like the INOVA? I was checking out their website today, and the prices seem very affordable. I'm thinking about getting something to attach to my AR, without going broke to do it.
