    Default Canadian military store question

    Hello all,

    Just a quick question:
I am going to eastern Ontario (Mississauaga, Peterborough, Ottawa for example) and south western Quebec (Montreal area) and I was hoping to pick up some Cadpat tops, backpacks and rank. Also looking for any PPCLI stuff.
Does anybody here happen to have any ideas which places in those areas would be good to stop at?
    Thank you all.

seals action gear in Calgary sells a version. The material is good, but the cut is very different (square pocket flaps, tiny belt loops, more). I bought the CADPAT AR, and ended up removing all belt loops and replacing them with beefier ones made from the cargo pockets, which I also removed.

So, if you don't mind sewing, this store is an option.

    Great service by the way.

    Hello all,

Thank you all very much for the information. I was actually looking for physical stores in the eastern Ontario or Western Quebec area but that is a great start.
As for DnA's question, when I in the USMC, something that I really liked to do was trade uniforms with any foreign military that I trained/fought with. The PPCLI was one of these units but they refused to trade anything but a boonie cover (and this was even after 3 hours of begging) so now I am trying to complete my collection. Hope this makes sense.
    Thank you all.

We can be pretty stingy about trading things like that 'cause we are accountable for any 'lost' combats. We'd not only get in a ton of sh*t, but we'd also have to pay for em.
