I love it when the water gets warmer, just about time for swimming for over 15 minutes without limbs falling offOriginally Posted by NaOH
With a BFA & no mag on his rifle, I think his ability to perform any security has been limited. Maybe training?Originally Posted by EvanLloyd

But these sure would if they could.
Defend this place from who? Only people crazy enough to be out there are Canadians, and they're sleeping off the playoff beers.

If hes performing security, why in the world would he need his firing adaptor? Last time I checked, we don't blank people to death...
Sorry i should have said it was on exercise.
Well, how long do you think those guys have to endure that bit of weather.
Max 2 hours before it's back to a warm comfortable cabin and a nice cup of tea.
As for normal temperatures on the sea in temperate and sub-arctic climates it can be quite cold well into early summer during the day and for most of they year during nighttime.
Like when I bought a book about German WW-2 E-boats some time ago (Osprey), the author seemed knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the boats, yet also appeared quite a landlubber somewhat clueless about the nature of the sea itself.
