    Default Special Forces wearing Multicam

    Hi,

Maybe this is a repost but I'm quite new on this website and I don't know how to use it well yet

I need pictures with Special Forces Operators wearing multicam.

If you have some, thanks a lot

There are a number of other threads on this I think. Anyway, from reading a few, I'm not sure that any SF use Multicam. I saw a picture on this forum of a soldier wearing it, but think it is a promo shot from the crye precision website. You'll get plenty of responses on this one, seems to be a hot topic.

Polish GROM adopted a slightly modified version of it recently.

    Pictures can be found @

Slighty? AFAIK they reduced it down two colors, darkened it a whole lot and made the entire pattern smaller scaled.

It looks a whole lot better though, imo.

Two colors? The Polish version looks very similar to the original Multicam:

What exactly is the screaming hard-on folks have for Multicam?

It's beyond any kind of MARPAT vs ACU vs AirforcePAT(whatever)
    It's like a cult...what gives?

Looks EXACTLY the same to me. After all, if it's "MultiCam" then there's only the one authentic pattern - anything else wouldn't be MultiCam.

If you've ever seen it in the field you will realize how amazingly effective it is.

Just one color was removed from the pattern, the report was squeezed to 64 cm. Now this copycat "Suez" is being used by some GROM, BOR and CBS operatives here. Current uniform differs in many details and cut from what Crye or SKD presents.

From my range pics, earlier in December:

Works OK in dry vegetation and direct sunlight.

Catch - do you have any close-up photos of the pattern / coloration?

The darker kind of reminds me of the vegetato in direct sunlight.

I have seen it with my own eyes and it's just a 50/50 woodland/arid pattern. There is nothing amazing about it except the hype. If I really would have to choose a "universal" camo leaning on arid environments it would probably be this one, it's pretty good.

Completely unrelated, but your reference of "THE FIELD" somehow magically made my meter go off, is this "THE FIELD" you are talking about
