Mathieu all of the militias surrendered their weapons to the lebanese army/syrians except for Hezbollah. They were allowed to keep their weapons.
Some say that the militias did not surrender everything but instead hid small arms in the mountains and the areas that they controlled.

I have read that it's used to identify themselves from the LF militia unit in february 1990 ? Is it right ?
