First M-21s are in Service but the heavy aquirement has not yet started, what, i think, is good because i would like to see the best version of the rifle in service and not an early one. M-21BS should be the least, M-21S sucks in my opinion.

The development program for the new version of the M21 automatic rifle family is based on introduction of a range of new technical solutions in the M21S model with the medium-length barrel. The program for this new M21 BS model includes the following: installation of two new «Picatinny» rails on the left and right side of the front part of the gas cylinder, needed for mounting the laser target designator and the tactical light. These components of the optolelectronic sighting system have become standard equipment of special, police and conventional infantry units, especially in urban anti-terrorist warfare. This installation concept enables fitting of the Picatinny rail, which was integrated with the receiver cover in M21BS model. Other types of optoelectronic sighting devices can be fitted on this rail, such as optical, night and reflex sights, as well as various configurations of integrated sighting systems. Practically, this means that each type of NATO sighting system can be fitted on this rifle, in a wide range of configurations and combinations, to cover successfully all predictable modern tactical scenarios of infantry and anti-terrorist combat. The rifle is also equipped with a foldable carrying handle, a side-collapsible stock and an adjustable cheek rest, adding significantly to the rifle's ergonomic features. M21BS rifle has an improved fire regulator operated by the right hand thumb. Reduced noise contributes to signature reduction, which is especially important to special forces.
As for the M-84AB1, nothing yet, hope they'll rework it a bit and change the Kontakt-5 for Relikt and add more protection on full lenght of the tank to where the sideskirts were.
Soldiers, i dont have a clue,the normal number of 2000 was 70 000 infantry, 15000 Airforce and 15000 Navy. Navy is gone. Airforce and Infantry reduced. So it should be about 20-40 000

They are just about ready, and test flight should be any day know.
