Serbian officers, meaning police?
Who is responsible for choosing the camouflage colors and painting it on the vehicles? It seems that there are a couple of different teams...

Yes, there is no unified camo pattern.
Several different styles, depending on when was painted, as well what conflict was going on.
A lot of improvisation and do it your self.
My favorite is splinter,on a giraffe.
Here is a brief photo over view of made in war patterns-
Kosovo or rice price have no influence.
All those different ones where old.
Everything new is that 3 color scheme or Splinter.
There is a lot of new buying ahead, with one camo style.
THe one one the M-84?
That ugly toxic green is farly new, from 2000.
Other Olive greens are old JNA, with brown and black *****es painted on.
The lates pattern is on Giraffe and I realy hope, that will be the one for all-2 greens(Olive and brighter green+brown+black)
