Yes I like this uniform too ( classic design ). I also agree that the hat dosent fit with the uniform style but for MY opinion its better then these overdimensional Sovjet hats. I would prefer a modern "Sajkaca "- design ( traditional serbian hat or cap ) with 2 gold-red lines on side.

Yup, but, to be honest, i wanted to portray the "regular conscript" aspect. Personaly, i dont think much of the stuff changed during only 2 years. I chould be wrong though

Hey i just read in "Danas" that yugoimport will be exibiting a new 8x8 APC "Lazar." Next to this awesome name, nothing else was said about it, so i was wondering if anyone here has more info...

I think there was a reference here, under the "kopnena vojska" (If I spelled it correctly) section. Unfortunately I cannot confirm, as my connection is playing tricks and cannot open the site...

Any mention of when they will be exhibiting it?

Anyway, sounds cool. I'm looking forward to it.

Well there are no photos of LAZAR jet, but i think it will look something like US Buffalo truck, whit 20mm (or more likely 30mm) gun in turret.

serbian ''LAZAR'' * is MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) but with some elements is MRAV (Multy-Role Armoured Vehicle)

    Weapon:
    20 mm gun
    7,62 machine gun (PKT)

    Crew:
    - driver
    - commander
    - gunner
    - 10 soldiers

    Protection
front and back side ............20/25 mm
    other parts........................14,5 mm

Vehicle can be attached with heavy armor plates for better protection

    Best wishes for our Lazar
