The standard issue dutch Kevlar helmet is the same one as used by several other european countries. I believe it is called the Schuberth helmet and is made by that german company.
Can someone tell me what is the technical name of the standard Dutch issue combat helmet please???

No, it´s made by Induyco s.a. a spanish company.
Didn't find the right name, but maybe they know more:

I can't find any name or number on the helmet itself. What should a technical name of a helmet look like?

According to this site it seems to be a Shubert but made in Spain. I don’t read Spanish so maybe someone else can tell us:
