cheers mate, sadly those are probably not rangers right? They are listed as Afghan-international security force, they could be anyone, correct if i'm wrong.
What is PSYOPS?
Ever seen "Men who stare at goats" ? Yeah.
Or read here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychol...ited_States%29
Nice pictures. Are those rangers too? It's quite hard to identify rangers after they were issued with multicam, seems like PJs and special forces have seen with muticam as well.
Another thing to add. Rangers are almost always working by themselves, and just have that unique look. In most SF pics you will see them working with ANA or ANP. And it reflects their different mission sets. I haven't heard of an SF mission that wasn't done with Afghans. Hope this helps a little.
neither of you know what your talking about, so stay in your lane.
Sorry, yes that was confusing. Normally, Army Special Forces work with the ANA or ANP is what I meant(in Afghanistan). So, you can see, that in the pictures of SF there are always a couple ANA tagging along somewhere in the set of pics. Where as Rangers are working alone as Infantry platoons or whatnot, with no ANA tagging along. Hope this clears it up. Keep in mind this is strictly my personal observations, disregard if you know otherwise. I won't pretend to be a subject matter expert in something I am not around personally.
Oh, and Soli, heard and acknoweldged.
It's getting harder and harder to make any post on this forum section(others, like Military History and Tactics, have great postings) without getting someone pissed off, and the quality of posts are going down in just these last few months since I've joined(a few BTDT's help bring some quality up). It's like my high school, a lot of pettiness and backstabbing. So I'm probably gonna stop even trying, even if it's just to help someone with a legit question like smilodon. Until then, all I ask is I can use the website for PMs to military BTDTs, because they give me great advice for my future career. Thanks.
