No, it doesn't. The VRS (Bosnian Serb Army) hardly ever painted camo on their tanks, and when they did it wasn't the same pattern from the Kosovo conflict, which resembled then Yugoslav Army's uniform pattern.
I noticed that the pattern is similar to unifirm. I just wondering whether they maybe use black and brown as well. In fact I have never saw this type of camo on the tanks from Bosnia. However, gyes from Bison Decals sugested that. They was using the same photo as the reference but due to its low quallity is hard to say. For me the turret seems to be in single color. However, the front of the hull and the cannon looks like painted with bloches of brown and black.
I'm pretty sure thats a Serbian coat of arms on the hull, the same one from the turret. On the mudguard, however, it could be anything from the name of the gunner's girlfriend to the brigade's acronym. It could also be the tank's nickname. Kinda looks like "CTBOP" or loosely translated "The Thing"
