Glowacki, commander of Company C, 801st Brigade Support Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, and Afghan National Army medics with 5th Kandak, 2nd Brigade, 203rd Corps, move a simulated casualty under concertina wire during a medical competition hosted by U.S. Army Task Force Currahee soldiers, April 5, at Forward Operating Base Thunder in Paktiya province, Afghanistan. The three-day competition covered weapons, communications, medical evacuation, trauma lanes, a road march and loading casualties on a helicopter.

    Today, no skirts.
    That's fairly similar to the female Canadian Mounted Police uniform of the time, if you changed the Icelandic tunic/jacket from navy to RCMP red.
