One of two duplicate portraits of Major Megan McClung. One of the portraits will be placed at the Women's Memorial at Arlington, Virginia. Major McClung (14 April 1972 – 6 December 2006), was the first female United States Marine Corps officer killed in combat during the Iraq War. Major McClung was serving as a public affairs officer in Al Anbar Province, Iraq when she was killed. Portrait was painted by Robert Henry.

Nicole Scherer, assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 46, Detachment 4, keeps track of pallets received inside the landing safety officer shack aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Anzio (CG 68) during a vertical replenishment at sea with The Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Sacagawea (T-AKE 2).
