What's the rest of the story (unit, where was the picture taken, etc.)?
Probably after the Nijmegen March held annually(?) in Holland. She's probably from a support unit (isn't that the infamous "Paperclip Badge"?)

About the PLA pics: I didn't know China had contributed troops to UN peacekeeping forces.

    Thanks.

PLA reports 13 rotations and 2782 persons in "peacekeeping troops, military observers and engineer companies". They have taken part in UNMIS, ONUB, MINUSTAH (police), UNOCI, UNMIL, UNMEE, MONUC, UNAMSIL and MINURS. That's most of the operation UN has staged since 1990, UNMIK being perhaps the only really notable exception.

Francis, why don't you post a picture of Marjorie from 132e BCAT. She seems to have become a star in French military forums after her appearance on the 14th July.

    Default 132 BCAT

Who is Marjorie? Why is she a star after Bastille Day?

There was a documentary about different branches of the armed forces before the parade on 14th July. One of the units featured was 132e BCAT, and they interviewed this female soldier. They only gave her name, of course. Some chaps over at armees.org were drooling over her.
