I was searching pics of portuguese navy ships and submarines on the official portuguese navy page and I also take a look at the different officer courses. It seems to me that female are allowed to become officer (I've not taken a look at NCO and enlisted positions) with the Marine Corps (Fuzileiros).In Portugal women are forbidden of joining the Marine Corp

yep, you have to see the blackhawk police helicopters in colombia, they are very well armed. Their mission is to fight the drug cartels and to support police troops on the ground, specially against drug lab raids.
As you might know this labs are protected by the farc.
Are you also will use the picture of the colombian police female on your applicants?
