Racism?

My friend and I were in Kansas City, and my friend got hungry but wanted something really cheap.
So we stopped at a McDonalds which was still in the urban core. Inside, all the customers and workers were black. My friend is white and I'm half-Asian (I didn't order anything though and was waiting). My friend made his order and there were quite a few people behind him (about 5 or so). After he made his order, everybody behind him made their order and got their food before his order was announced to the back.
He didn't react or say anything, and when he got his food, he just said "thank you" and left. Once in the car, was when the ranting began.

Would you guys consider this racism, or are we just being pissy over something trivial and just need to HTFU?

I dont want to be mean , but i think instead of crying and shouting "RACISTS!!!" , why he didnt just say
"Hey wait a second wheres is my order? , why these guys are getting it before".

Um, he didn't shout and cry "Racists!!" but waited quietly & patiently till he got his food, which he got.

Oh, and the people inside the place, worker and customer alike, didn't exactly seem in the best of moods. Hence the waiting quietly.

EDIT: And like I said before, we didn't exclude the probability that it was simply a order ****up.

I know it makes us sound racist, but this wasn't in the best part of town - scratch that; it was a pretty ****ty part of town. We didn't want to start trouble. And from the looks given especially to him by the patrons, something as simple as questioning the order could be construed as "starting trouble" (fights have sprung up for pettier reasons around that area).
Who were we? Two wimpy college kids in a ****can of a joint on mother****ing Troost. And yes, it could be said that the location and predispositions have influenced our outlook on the situation as well.

Tell me I just didn't read that. You really can't be serious. Surely you didn't just ask someone to file false police report (WHICH IS A CRIME)? You'd have officers and/or deputies responding to fake call tying them up, with BS, when they could actually be needed else where.

or if you prefer a little more "tame" call anonymous that that particular franchise has health/safety violations to a health inspector.

Once again, you can't be serious, you'd waste tax payer dollars filing bogus reports. As I've already pointed out, he got sh*tty service, call the McDonald's corporate customer service number, and they will deal with it. DON'T WASTE TAX PAYER DOLLARS or COMMIT A CRIME because you got your food last.

I don't care where I'm at, and I work in some pretty sh*tty areas, if they're messing up my order, I'll tell them to cancel my order and refund my cash. If they refuse, then, give me a supervisor, that fails, start dialing customer service, as I know of no large corporation that doesn't plaster its customer service number somewhere near the register.

Most of them were waiting quietly & patiently while they were beated up by other ppl , till the day they went nuts.
You will see there is a pattern in these killers , most of them were from a minority , they didnt defend themselves or make a complaing to the proper authority.

Really, no offense was taken.
And usually, we are outspoken if something is amiss; had this joint been somwhere else, he would have probably spoken up.
And my friend aint exactly your usual school shooter material (semi-popular jock with academic honors).

Just saying what was practiced was survival instinct. The best percieved thing to do in a neighborhood like that is to keep a low profile, which may include waiting quietly for substanence.
We may simply be wrong in our assumptions, be that was not a theory we wanted to test at the moment.
