    RIP Mark Metherell

    Tonight my fellow friends and I from the class of '87 learned of the tragic death of Mark Metherell in Iraq. As some of you on MP.NET may know, Mark was an accomplished Navy Seal, who in more recent years had worked in the PMC world.

    Mark leaves behind a wife and toddler-age daughter.

    It would mean a great deal to us if those who served with Mark at any time during the past 20 years could share your thoughts and/or photos of him.

    In high school, he always looked on the bright side of life. And he was always at home in the water, whether on his surfboard or in a water polo match.

    Surf's up, Mark! Rest in God's peace.
