It says the company plans to start building the first prototype, called "Black Sky" later this summer with the first flight planned in about 1.5 years - if they get the money they need. Later on they want to build a full size version, called "Enterprise", with an overall lengt of about 9 meters which can carry 4 or 5 space tourists. the whole project will cost 80-100 mln euros.
top-speed is planned to be about Mach 3 with a maximal altitude of 120 km. this means you can experience zero gravity for about 3 minutes at the cost of 150.000 € for a ticket.. or 125 € per second (the whole flight, start to landing, takes roughly 20 minutes)

It looks like a freshman aero engineer's homework. And Black Sky is a bit frightening of a name, sounds more like a weapon of mass destruction.
