You beat me to it SikorskiUS.What is the deal with head cheeseit looks like carpet padding with all of thouse various parts and the time I did taste it a long time ago gave me chills.I is not nasty in terms of flavor but the consistency is vile.My dad roasted a pig a few weeks ago and I am so Americanized that I could not eat much.I felt bad.

Salted fish from Ukraine. My step-dad and all his friends, who are American, think it's disgusting.

    My Food Story.

I live in Sydney, though I found this thing. I knew not what it was. It appeared... Japanese-ish.

    On closer inspection... Jellatine-ish?

So I scoffed it good! Quick smart!

I wasn't too sure at first. It was kind of bitter. Kind of sweet. Something in between... I wasn't sure...

But wait! A flavour! I had it!

I did approve The Japanese flavour desert thing in a ... phallic tube... was A-OK'd!

    The End.

    ^Dat was cute.

Alright...from the Land of the Morning Calm, I present the soondae.

It is a type of pork sausage, stuffed with rice, glass noodles and I believe pork blood. It is served with salt, ground pepper and soft red chili flakes.
It use to gross me out until I got pregnant and I started eating anything and everything. If you don't think about the pork blood part, it isn't too bad.

It's actually quite good. Admittedly, tad bit towards the tasteless side. But with some complimentary sauces, yummy.

Well the meat has an uncanny resemblance to chicken as well, I have resolved to eat some one day. It looks quite delicious...

Maybe you missed the Blutwurst (blood sausage) earlier. Even though i'm rather picky i like it. And your soondae looks edible.

So far Iceland and Norway are on top.

Iceland for the win. Did anyone mention lutefisk for us of Scandinavian origin? It is still served at family functions. You can't rock until you taste that shit.

I haven't seen anything I'd say "no" to yet.
