    The man later tested positive for traces of explosives on his hands.

    For the first time since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the May 9 Victory Day parade on Red Square will feature ballistic missiles, tanks, jets and other weapons in what will be a symbolic show of Russia's resurgent military might.     The campaign of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton celebrated with supporters at the Grand Hyatt in Philadelphia Tuesday night after she defeated Senator Barack Obama in the Pennsylvania primary. Incomplete returns showed Mrs. Clinton had 55 percent of the vote to Mr. Obama's 45 percent. "You know, for six weeks, Senator Obama and I have crisscrossed this state, meeting people up close, being judged side-by-side, making our best case," she said in her victory speech. "You listened, and today you chose."
