the guy next to the SUV is JTF, but the other guys are mostly just infantry who were selected for the close protection course, and are put together before tour to form the close/force protection platoon.
Keep in mind, a few of the guys around Harper will be JTF, they usually are, but the outlying guys will be force protection guys. they usually escort the battle group commander, minister s who visit, high profile people.
