Tracked vehicles and vehicles with lights and sirens are free to individuals in Germany? That's pretty new to me.
Good pictures though.
Great shots.

Are those trucks still in US service?
I remember that a similar looking 6x6 truck was stolen from Stuttgart airfield in 2004. Funny for us because the truck is a bit "exotic" on German streets.^^
^^ Thats a duce and a half or?

Nothing can stop the ZIL-131! Especially the Camper van ZIL.![]()
plenty of people in the UK own old military vehicles as well, especially old CVRT or FV432 series.
I assume, like in the UK, any sort of blue lights, fake weapons etc have to be removed when traveling on the public roads and then placed on again when on private land/shows. All the tracked stuff tends to come in on flat bed trailers.

My neighbour had a demilitarized M-113 in his backyard for years ... former Panzerspäher ... Dont know where he got it from but there are special auctions in Berlin from time to time.
There is also a documentary about a guy who is collecting tanks. But there have to be holes in the armor and the guns must be sawed off![]()
