Yeah, they called it the Klobb....named after one of the game developers, Ken Lobb.....I dont know why I know that.....needless to say it was the worst (arguably) weapon in the game...

They couldn't use the actual names for the weapons in-game because of some sort of legal dispute or issue. Hence, that is why all of the real world weapons in the game have fictional designations.

What was interesting though is that the beta pics of Goldeneye had the correct names for the small arms.

Yeah I remember it being in Goldeneye as the "Klobb". It quite common, and quite bad as well.

Goldeneye had some bizarre names for weapons. The MP5k was called the "D5K Deutsche." The M16 was called the "AR33". The AK-74 was called the "KF-7 soviet."

    good times..good times

That last one must be the 9mmpara (9x19mm) version, since there are no magwell dimples in the receiver.

RUMCAJS= Do you own 2 of those?
I see that the receivers have the Czech military "proof mark" (of the Crossed Swords)
how come that company can use the Czech military "proof mark"?? is it meant to be an exact copy?
Is puskarstvi pavel kupec a major gun manufacturer in Praga or in Czech rep.?

Also, they look as though they are made with all original Skorpion parts. Could you please open the top and show a picture looking in? Id LOVE to see the trigger group, and the inside quality of the receiver. The Vz.61 parakeus looks like a GREAT quality gun.

puskarstvi pavel kupec is definitely NOT a major manufacturer but remember that even a small manufacturer can create a decent firearm. Especially if you dont need any R&D... Puskarstvi pavel kupec is making custom hunting rifles, AFAIK skarabeus pistol (skorpion) is their first "military style" firearm.

the producer of the Vz.61E is Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod: http://www.czub.cz/index.php?p=32&id...dz=227&lang=en
but semiauto version is made by Pavel Kupec´s company, he uses some new parts and some original Škorpion´s parts for new Skarabeus. Nope, I have no Škorpion or Scarabeus, but semiauto version of Škorpion is new stuff here, so I guess it can be interesting for people abroad. Well, Pavel Kupec is well-known for the quality of his guns.

You have to admit it's not the best looking gun.
