Any kind of interrogation against Geneva Convention anywhere in the world is punishable. It seems that the Geneva Convention is being violated rampantly world over these days or its just that these are well publicised ! Wotever the case, the mutilations and torture is highly deplorable and shows the total lack of ethics by whichever army !
