    Gents,

My final post here, as I am quite sure there is no use in arguing on the Internet.

Georgia LOST, The victors make the terms.

I suspect it was the South Ossetians, honestly. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Gori's citizens looting their town either.

Own citizens can loot, as it has been established.

If city was emptied, how it was possible to kill civilians?

    1. I apologize to Russia. You guys were a lot more restrained and civil than I thought you'd be. Congrats on your victory - just don't get carried away with it. Victory tends to breed overconfidence - look at what happened to the US since Desert Storm.

    2. Georgia, you're dumbasses. I understand your frustration with the situation, but you picked a fight with the wrong people and you got slapped the fuck out for it. I doubt this will settle anything for you, and I hope you've learned your lesson.

    3. From what I've heard, Russian counterintel ops have been outstanding. I read a report that said the Russians captured the Georgian saboteurs scouting out the tunnel between North and South Ossetia and kept it quiet - the Georgian operation went ahead expecting that tunnel to be secure. Imagine their surprise when it wasn't. Georgia failed to plan accordingly, and suffered a humiliating defeat because of it.
Where did you read or hear about those Russian ops ? Now that the war is almost over, it would be very nice to know about the operations carried out by both sides..

How would they kill, their own citizens? Did America do 9/11. If Americans didnt kill their 3000 people for Oil, I am sure the Russians also didnt kill nearly 2000 of their own for Georgia.

Quite a lot of members of this forum, was wondering on the first day of the conflict, where those MLRS rockets were landing on the first day. The casualties were 1400 dead, with 60 South Ossetians Fighters dead, and 13 Russian peacekeeprs dead. This was before the arrival of the 58th Army. Where do you think those Rockets fell. Pictures are right here on this forum. Those deaths now have been confirmed.
Georgian Troops used Area clearing weapons on Civilians. Genocide.

Interesting if that's the way it happened. To me it looks like a really poor Georgian performance is behind their military debacle. This might change though as the numbers come in. There seem to be one exception, they seem to have managed to deny Russia Air Superiorty, which if it proves to be true is impressive on their part, or perhaps unimpressive on Russia's part.

The news report, narrated by a reporter who was there, said the remaining civilians were instructed to show white flags, otherwise they would be shot.

No civilians were killed in Gori. And Thor you should watch the news a bit more from sources you can obtain. SO troops are present in Gori and have been accused of looting. It was in then news yesterday in BBC. In fact, its very possible that the Skye reporters mugged were done by SO troops.
