Al Kadesiah sniper rifle

Just interested in this particular Iraqi small arm next to the Tabuks (Assault/Sniper rifles) and Al Quds (Light Machine Gun)

To anyone familiar with this, I assume that this was made in the Al-Qadissiya Establisments?

There was an article about it in the Shotgun News between dec 2004-jan 2005. The summary was it was comparable to a Dragunov with a stamped receiver, but accuracy really depended on the ammo; match grade being the only thing that made it close to being a good DMR. If I still have it buried somewhere, (highly unlikely) I'll write more.
