    Yes it's a belgian C-130 of 15th Wing. It's got the Sioux emblem since 1935.

    I'm not from Belgium and the unit's internet-site does not say why. Only that they took it over from a pre war(2nd) unit. Maybee some of the Belgian guy's no why. I think it's just a case of military fashion(it looks good).
