Six Ecuadorian soldiers were killed Thursday aboard a small Air Force plane that crashed in the Amazon jungle region officials said The Twin Otter aircraft was flying near Tena, capital of the Amazonian province of Napo when it crashed The Ecuadoran Air Force said a board of inquiry has been formed to determine the cause of the crash.
Pilots Capt. Javier Gonzalez and Lt. Gabriel Palacios , Lt. Mario Campaña, Sergeant Javier Paredes, Corporal Ivan Roman, Sergeant Angel Marmol who died Aboard the aircraft.
