I agree with you with all the info that you provided, less this:
As far as I know the FAP (Peru´s Ariforce) doesent had CH-47, less at that time.the FAP never even deployed any CH-47s during the crisis
About February7 of that year at wiki says this:
February 7: In a bitter reminder of the dangers that the Cenepa valley pose for low-speed aircraft flying at low-altitudes, a FAP Mi-25 helicopter gunship is downed after being hit in quick succession by at least two — probably three — Strela shoulder-fired missiles. FAE A-37Bs, escorted by Kfir fighters, continue to attack Peruvian positions. One A-37B is hit by Peruvian AA fire, but manages to get back to base.

Thank you Netzach for the comments! That pic is during the conflict, with the AUG is Coronel Luis Hernandez, Commander of Tactical Group "Miguel Iturralde". The group responsible for operations and defense of the Ecuadorian positions during the Cenepa Conflict. He was awarded the War Cross by the Ecuadorian Government for his actions.
He also was:
* Commander of Special Forces Brigade No.9 “Patria”, Latacunga.
* Director “Eloy Alfaro” Superio Military Schoor
* Chief of Army Operations
He was well trained and educated. Some of the courses he completed were: Jungle Warfare in Brasil 1977. Military Sciences, Camberley, England 1984. Postgraduate in Military Strategy, Army War College- US Army 1992. Postgraduate in Military Politics, Royal School of Defense, London, England 1996.

In the Special Forces Brigade Nº 9 “PATRIA”, Lt. Marcelo Gonzáles, from the Argentinian Army graduated in a ceremony from the LXIV International Course of Commandos of Ecuador. The tough training lasted 20 weeks.
As of 2006 1251 officers from Armed Forces of the US, Brazil, Colombia, France, UK and other countries have graduated in special forces courses in Ecuador. Recon, Jungle Warfare, Counter Terrorism among other courses. Source: 50 Year Anniversary Paratrooper Book
