The first pic of of the non upgraded Type 69 (with 105 mm gun), the one below is of the completely rebuilt one upgraded with the latest equipment including 120 mm smoothbore gun equivalent to Rheinmetall M256 guns.
Type 69 Mk. II G Main Battle Tank
The Type 69 Mk. II G is a rebuilt Type 69 II with modern armaments and combat systems supplied by China. The G suffix is abbreviated for Gai in Chinese or simply Modified.
All Bangladesh Army Type 59/69/79 MBTs are being upgraded to this new standard at present locally at the Armys Heavy Workshop facility, which is capable of building and modernising tanks, armoured vehicles and artillery systems.
The main features upgraded Type 69 Mk. II G includes:
120 mm smoothbore main gun (Fires all NATO rounds)
Capability to fire ATGM from main gun
Gun stabilisers (vertical, horizontal)

Bangladesh have Chinese tanks and also Chinese rifles? I didn't know that.
Hmm, now that I take a closer look, I almost think that both of the tanks shown above have a 120mm tankgun. This is the first time I see a T-54-based tank with a gun bigger than 105mm that is actually in active service (the Ukrainian T-55AMG with a 125mm gun is only a prototype to the best of my knowledge).
The gun seems to be the same model as this Chinese design minus the muzzle brake:

@VAMAN: The majority of Bangladesh's equipment and weaponry has Chinese origins.
