I'm wondering why there are still NK missile experts even coming at all, not too sure what they have to offer at this point.

Most likely, especially since it was Iranian help that finally got the Unha into space.

Iran exercises > Disaster maneuvers > Tehran province > Tehran city

    Tehran province (استان تهران)
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tehran_province

    Tehran city (شهر تهران)
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tehran

Not even one single drop of blood here. These photos are representing disaster maneuvers and exercises in Tehran, Iran. Tehran has about 12.5 million population.
Iran is one of the most seismically active countries in the world, being crossed by several major fault lines that cover at least 90% of the country. As a result, earthquakes in Iran occur often and are destructive.

    Exactly.

@Persian_boy: try to stick it to military pictures. These exercises have nothing to do with Iran's armed forces.

In a mater of fact it does, look at the Toyota license plate, it belongs to IRGC

The men with vests clearly have IRGC medical insignia and if I am correct(which I am sure) based on its view(south side) this hospital is IRGC Baqiat alah

Look at the unfinished 30 story building in the left section of the pic, it is located beside Hemat high way and the new 7-8 story building is an expansion of Baqiat alah hospital and medical University

Iran wargames and exercises > Guardians of the Vellayat Sky 5

Guardians of the Vellayat Sky 5 (مدافعان آسمان ولايت 5) was an air defense wargame that took place in 700'000 square Kilometers across the country in Iran.
Very less info from the fifth air defense wargame has been published by IRGC and Army, this video is one of them.
In this video you can see how 'Saeer 100mm Cannons' & 'ZU-23 anti-aircraft' control by the air defense network and working together.

    I didn't see the 100mm pieces, only 57mm S-60.
Also, therewas no Mesbah-1 (octuple ZU-23), only the earlier sextuple system, although the remotely controlled ZU-23-2 systems were cool.

About Mesbah-1 you definitely right. Mesbah-1 has four combined ZU-23 but this one is different but the fire control system and radar is same this is why I made the mistake. (Changed in my post now) Thank you.

Saeer 100mm cannon is this one. Should be same thing in video which controlling by network system. Already seen that in different videos.

The medium guns in the Velayat video are firing too fast to be Saeers. The HM71 has a rate of fire of about 12-15 rounds per minute (one round every 4-5 seconds). Therefore, I stick by my assessment that the guns at 0:23 and especially 0:33-38 are S-60s.

Sa'eer is upgraded version of Soviet KS-19 that currently producing in Iran as you see in my previous post that's DIO product but S-60 is not among Iran military products and there is no 57mm ammo for it as well. So that should be Sa'eer 100mm cannon.
All I see are a few old S-60 (57mm) in wikipedia website that wiki says Iran has purchased many years ago. I assume those S-60s are retired now. This is why Iran doesn't produce any ammo for them.
