I take it you've never been to Utah.
I've only driven through. I'm just not excited that it's started raining again and I won't see the sun until July.

Well, I'm not really new, but I've never really introduced myself. So here it goes: I'm 23, I live in the fine city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and am single.
In my leisure time I enjoy working out, going out, reading, the usual..
I find history, politics and law related topics fascinating, and am a regular easy going person in conversations.
I'd really like to post more often, but in the past I was held back by the fact my life was extremely hectic. This has changed, thus I hope to show up on here a little more.

Sean, 45 from NYC with 27 years U.S. Army, (Mostly Infantry). Was at the World Trade Center on 9/11 with My Unit doing Rescue/Recovery & Site Security till that October. Been to Iraq- Got Shot at, Shot back, didnt hit Sh_t. Forgot to duck one day, and get free VA care-Happens.

Sycretistic Christian. Finds most other religions, in general, interesting. Is willing to make critical observations about them (including, and especially, my own), yet will defend them from outright attacks. Also has an inclusivist philosophy.
Loves photography with a passion. Ironically dislikes sports but likes doing sport photography.
Also likes art (fine arts and architecture), culture, military, food, technology, science, and the outdoors.

Greetings! My name is PO (****ounced like the author), I'm 34, married with no children, not from lack of practice. A licensed pyrotechnician and pharmacy tech by trade. No prior military service, but grew up with a father who spent 34 years in service...nothing quite like being woken up in your formative years with a recording of Reveille and the booming voice of a former DI. Located in the Land that Time Forgot, or as I call it East Texas. Usually more of a lurker than a poster, unless I find something that perks my interest to the point of speaking up. I'm 21, South African, presently doing a double major in Law and English, though will be doing some work on the private military / security industry for my university's politics dept next year. The latter is most definitely not the sole reason why I've joined these forums though; I have an almost lifelong interest in military history, trends in system development etc.
