They are off of CSOR's official DND website, so I am guessing they were taken for recruiting purposes. Maybe combat camera shot them?

Yeah, they're tripping because the Prox is at 100m and another friendly call-sign is getting shrapnel, so the guy is explaining that they don't have to worry because they are outside of the dispersion area for the shrapnel.
