Official translations are sometimes incorrect in their "task", good example is EASA treaties and standards, Finnish version of those were found be incorrect in about week after publication as content had changes due to not proficient translators. I agree and hope that in future that those will be written in a way that normal citizen can understand 'em.
Personally I still support EU fully, it is only reason why European nations are still viable political operators on global scale. EU should have pushed through all new basic treaties before it expanded to former communist eastern Europe, not doing so has stagnated EU quite badly. I personally oppose subjecting those treaties to public voting as long as they above reasoning of "normal" citizens, elected politicians making decisions is good enough for me when it comes to democratical principles.
Poland is net benefitter currently in EU, you get more money from it than you pay. All other countries aren't in as good situation as Poland. Polish economy benefits lot from being part of union and private citizens too benefit from it a lot. EU treaties are often stalled is simple, those are used as bargaining chips in other treaty negotiations or used for internal consumption and political mind fvcking. In my opinion euro sceptics are shooting themselves in leg by delaying EU processes.
Should Serbia be given change to join EU?
Definitely if Serbians want to join and they pass economic and political requirements for integration.
Personally I want EU to become de facto federal state with common military and political leadership.
BTW. Avatars are bad when trying to define random users nationality. My avatar isn't very Finnish in any way as an example.
