    Enjoy intestinal problems. Kreatine is the worst **** ever invented (I know it is present in your body, I'm speaking of the commercial crap sold by the gallons). If you have a good diet and discipline to train more often you'll get the same results.

    iv used kreatin for years, stoped for one year, started again one month ago, it really works for me and the ones i buy dont make my muscles like ballons, im in the gym 5 days a week and eat like a horse, but i train to much so just "food" dont help me much
