What kind of beer are you making? I want to try it.
The last couple months I have brewed 4 gallon Munich Lager, 4 gallons English pale Ale, 4 gallons wheat ale, and Saturday I'm doing 5 gallons of the Munich again because it was delicious. I was limited to 4 gallons because I had no suitably large pot before. Now I do.
EDIT: If you come to west Texas you'll have to put your Jack n Cokes away for a night and have some ho'made.
