Dolphins as Soldiers is a Horrible Choice, they wont get very far on Land, and they always get stuck in the Fatal Funnel

A few herring and their giving away all Russian military secrets. Should always go with sharks. Basic autonomic brain stem in the head. Space can be used for more lasers.

    from wikipedia
The Russian military is believed to have closed its marine mammal program in the early 1990s. In 2000 the press reported that dolphins trained to kill by the Soviet Navy had been sold to Iran

Has anybody ever thought of maybe using mantatees with bombs strapped to them? They always seem to be getting stuck in a propeller somewhere! Maybe the mantatees with bombs can patrol the shallow waters off the coast!
