This paratrooper wing patch is part of the 1-st battalion set insignia (sleeve patch and breast wing patch). During the 90's 1-st battalion "COMMANDOS" was a regiment of bulgarian SPECIAL FORCES.

I'm going to assume (you know what they say about assume - it makes an ass out of you & me ) that since you're posting this in the Airborne Wings thread you're interested in airborne insignia. Some recommendations:

There's a guy who sells on eBay and goes by the user name abn-sf. He's as knowledgeable, and reliable, as anyone you'll find. He lists around 50 items every Monday morning. They're all airborne/SF type items, and the country of origin varies each week. I know he sells to people all over the world. I can't recommend him highly enough.
http://shop.ebay.com/abn-sf/m.html?_..._sop=12&_rdc=1

There's also a guy on eBay - subwhiskey - who sells all kinds of stuff, a lot of it from Eastern Europe/Russia/former Soviet Republics
http://stores.ebay.com/Subwhiskey-Militaria-Superstore
I've dealt with him in the past and he's very reliable.

Trident Militaria has a lot of stuff
http://www.tridentmilitary.com/
There's a lot to wade through because they sell everything from camo to uniform items to patches, etc.

There's a guy who has a store on eBay, SkyAngel's Sanctuary. He has a lot of stuff from Singapore (I think that's where he's from). I've never dealt with him because his prices are a little high, but he has things you don't see elsewhere.
http://stores.ebay.com/SKYANGELS-SANCTUARY?_rdc=1

There's a place that sells on eBay, and probably has a website also, called Battlefield Store. Avoid them, their prices are way too high.

These are all places you can BUY things. If you're looking for information on identification of insignia that's harder. I donít know of a single website that fits the bill. You have to get more specific and it's still hit or miss.

A few I've used:

For Thailand http://www.nationreligionking.com/
For US Army Airborne Flashes and Ovals http://www.pbase.com/sfce7/ovals_flashes
Parachute Pathfinder Group - lots of info here http://www.pathfindergroupuk.com/index.htm

Now, if you were referring to general militaria, not specifically airborne, then Iíve just wasted 45 minutes
