I thought this said: As per eyewitness of testing as per silhouette T-50 "bolee" all reminds of american multifunction fighter (actually istrebitel would mean eliminator) Raptor F-22.

That is correct. It could be though that whoever wrote the article doesn't know what the hell he/she is talking about. Based on the posts on Russian aviation forums it resembles YF23 more than the F22. But we'll have to wait and see which airframe design Sukhoi decided to use as a base, if at all.
