If they are still testing the brakes, they are still doing ground handling trials - if they are still doing ground handling trials this aircrafts not going airborner for weeks if months. After ground testing slow speed brake capability the speeds increased up and up till it gets to high speed testing just below wheels up and emergency stopping utilising 'chute and brakes or thrust reversal / brakes. Then when all is well and good in that area and the capabiltiy is known, then flights will take place.
I seriously, seriously hope this isn't the case. If its doing brake tests... well i'll book at place at Aprils first flight.
