I know this is pretty pointless to post at this stage, since we are experiencing a continuous flow of great photos and nobody really cares about 'shopped stuff anymore, but I'll post it anyway. I butchered another picture in the same vein as the old one. It's pretty much only for my own entertainment, not any kind of "this is what it should be like"-statement and it's not a particularly good job either (damn it's hard to draw complex geometry from various angles and make it look passable, I'm far from good at it). But here goes, some kind of flat nozzles that probably fail every single stealth criteria and some showy blue burners:

So, anyway, what happened to that one airframe with swapped out vertical stabs? I don't remember which one it was. 52 with 53's stabs? Or 51 with 52's stabs?
Anyone knows what happened to it? Did they swap it back?
It was 52 with 51's stabs. Now 52 has its own again, whether it's the old ones, a new pair or simply a repaint of 51's.
She reminds me of the Lockheed black widow's ...... for some reason in saying that I would like to see her in RAF markings ...one day
Saturn has several flat nozzle patents. No guarantee that that is what the final product would look like, but you can use one of the designs for your Photoshop studies.
