Well if kelvar and fibre glass takes around 15 % of more weight then it would be interesting.

40 % as in the weight, not surface area. So, there is plenty of potential to bring surface area to 85 % or more, and especially potential to do internal parts on composite. Also notice the shapes at 2.15, reminds me of some areas...![]()
