Of the WWI shots the only quibble would be the Kar98k's instead of Gew 98's. But I would imagine Gew 98's to be rare, I do like the Attempt at Making a Lewis Gun from a DT, quite nice

.
In all seriousness, those are some great WWI pics.
Usually these military games are grandiose show. People see battle. Shooting from the weapon, guns, machine guns, explosions... People see a lot of weapon from which shooting, a lot of noise... It is all for show. Unfortunately, the owners of native weapon don't using weapon in battle for shooting. In general it is deficiency in ammunition... Therefore they use modern weapon and cartridges....

Comrades,
As a Defender of Mother Russia in the UK Re-enactor circuit, I notice our Comrade Russian Re-enactors always seem to have very high standards of Dress and Scales of Issue, in any era they do.
Their Battles have very large Bangs and a Concussion you feel!.
Also, if you watch one of their Battles, as they have all largely served their Patriotic Duty in the form of National Service, their Fire Discipline is good, a continue steady rate of fire, rather than a UK..Mass Fire, trailing off into the odd shot, lots of clicks then Mass Fire again... Continued as needed..
I have no knowledge of US Battles, but you Guys do play with better Toys than the UK does... .
Also if you are up for Hand to Handthere is someone to see to that need, if you don't wish to then you don't have to play...
They don't have a Blame Culture, (Lucky them) but minimum Health and Safety so you take your chance I guess..
Still big respect of their Efforts and Commitment.... they ROCK!..
Their Political Perception in regard to Re-enactment is a Beacon we can learn from..
Urrah!
