    hey guys im looking for the number for a recruiting office in northern ireland


    ps im not the most physically fit person ever any chance they could say something like"alright hes behind on the fitness but good everywhere else so well put him on a fitness programme and keep him"

    You need to get training, I think the guys at the careers office can give you a little training planner so that you know what to do in order to get to the correct level. All will be explained at the careers office, if it isn't then ask them.
