So no, China have no upper hand, especially that US allies in region have similiar technology, training, C2 capabilities to US armed forces, besides soldiers and modern weapons/equipment. And what China allies like NK have? Only numbers.
Sure in potential war, they would be abale to made damage and casualties, but in the end, they will loose initiative, and they loose or start peace talks.
